Sometimes We Forget!
Yes, Sometimes We Forget! Most of the time when we forget, nothing negative really happens. Most forgetting fails to bring on dire consequences and that’s a good thing!
Some forgetting does carry a bit more difficulty. Forgetting an anniversary or birthday, well . . . that goes without saying! Yikes! Forgetting an important meeting can create challenges. Forgetting to study for an exam can cause frustration and embarrassment. Forgetting to set the alarm . . . Hmmm! Forgetting to . . . Well, you get the picture! Forgetting is a part of life. It’s a part of being human.
But, are there times when forgetting can create long-term negative results? I believe so.
Sometimes We Forget:
- Honor
- Decency
- Honesty
- Hard work
- Respect
- Dignity
- Humility
- Self-respect
- Truthfulness
- Grace
- Forgiveness
- Benevolence
- Gratitude
- Purpose
- Dreams
- Courage
And when we forget these things, the possibilities for long-term devastation grow exponentially! Sometimes We Forget and it doesn’t matter that much; however, Sometimes We Forget and world suffers!
Peace!
