COVID19 Practice Updates

During this time of uncertainty brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, adjusting to a new normal that is fluid and ever-changing becomes a daily challenge. Finding safe people with whom to share concerns as well as creating safe environments in which to do so, further the challenge. Vanessa and I want you to know that we identify with the challenge and are here to provide support as you walk through these trying times.

We are committed to offering you a safe and secure way to start, renew or continue your counseling experience. For the foreseeable future, we will be conducting telehealth counseling sessions via a HIPAA compliant, encrypted video platform. All you need to do go is to your client account, send an email or give us a call at 469-305-2877 to set up a time to chat.

One new option we are offering is a 30-minute, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy session for $60. All of our traditional services are available as well. In addition to Vanessa and me, we have four other associates who are available to schedule counseling sessions online.

We encourage you to continue to practice healthy self-care during these uncertain times and know that we are here for you.

Thank you!

Respectfully,

Mark E. Hundley, M.Ed., LPC-S

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 1994 and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor since 2011. I received my BA in Sociology and Psychology from Hardin-Simmons University and my Master’s in Counseling from the University of North Texas.

I specialize in the field of loss/grief and have written, trained, and presented workshops on loss/grief since 1990. Helping clients learn to work toward reconciliation and integration of life losses is the basis of my work in this area.

My wife and I are both therapists and often work together with couples in our practice. We find that couples respond well to our co-therapist approach.
